    Case 1

    The working face of 8301 working face in C2# layer of a mine has a strike length of 1200m and a tendency length of 217.5m, the average thickness of the coal seam is 1.65m, and the inclination angle of the coal seam is 3° on average, and the construction is carried out with a frequency of 0.5MHz.

    Case 2

    Under the influence of mining of the working face of the overlying coal seam, the top and bottom rocks of the coal seam are more broken, and there is a certain undulation of the coal seam; the mining face is nearer to the mining area, the lateral pressure is larger, and the rock layer is more broken, these geological factors have a greater impact on mining; in addition, the local development of faults, and the coal seam near the faults and the local area is thinner, which has a certain impact on mining. YC1 and YC2 anomalous areas of physical exploration, compared with the actual exposure situation, are the areas of local thinning of coal seams and change of inclination angle, which have less influence on mining; R1, R2 and R3 are the areas affected by faults, which have a greater influence on mining of the working face, and should be paid attention to in the process of mining.


    Case 3

    In this CT imaging map, four pit permeability anomalies were circled, named YC1 and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, of which YC1 anomalies are presumed to be the fracture zones or changes in the inclination angle of coal and rock seams caused by the interaction of multiple faults, and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 anomalies are presumed to be the spreading ranges of faults in the mining face.

    Case 4

    Radio wave tunnel perspective work was carried out in 8212, 8214, 8216 and 8218 of the second plate area of a mine, based on which the Geological Exploration Company of the Geological Department unified the result map into a result map of the second plate area for analysis.

    The average coal thickness in the second plate area of a mine is about 9 meters, and the tendency length of the working face is 230 meters. The 0.5MHz frequency was used for exploration.

    After the mine excavation and drilling verification, the location and scope of the rock wall intrusion zone in the second plate area are more consistent with the results of pit penetration; the resistance value at the cutting eye of the 8216 working face attenuates significantly to -20dB, which is inferred to be a fault fragmentation zone, which is also consistent with the actual disclosure.
